Pastors Leonard and Sharon Griffin

As senior pastors, Pastors Leonard and Sharon Griffin share in the various pastoral and leadership duties of the church and its related ministries. 

Len began in full time pastoral ministry in 1979 as a youth pastor.  In 1988 he and Sharon and a team from their former church established Covenant of Grace Christian Fellowship.  Len's strength in ministry is as a pastor/teacher with an emerging apostolic passion for training and mentoring leaders and providing support to international church networks and outreach ministries in Africa and South-east Asia.   He has been actively involved in Phoenix area city-reaching initiatives for over 20 years as well as state wide prayer initiatives, Pastors Prayer Summits, and in the formation and establishment of Pastors in Covenant Groups.

Sharon has established recovery and outreach related ministries, including the development of Global Transitions, a Community Development Corporation targeting the growing refugee and immigrant population of Phoenix. She shares in the preaching and teaching duties at Covenant of Grace and oversees many of the programs and ministries of the church. She also shares in the growing apostolic calling and relationship that is being established locally and abroad through the influence of Covenant of Grace.

Len and Sharon have one son and a granddaughter. They love the outdoors, fishing and camping.
